Today, I’m bringing you a light, fun, bubbly (pun intended) post about how you can entertain your guest on National Prosecco Day or any other day for that matter.

Prosecco is a sparkling Italian wine, that is served cold. In my opinion, prosecco is ideal for a fun, easygoing celebration! Enjoy your glass with some friends, over some scallops, grilled shrimps, ceviche, a fresh salad with some tomatoes, cucumbers and feta cheese.
All you will need is your favorite brand of Prosecco and some fruits to take your drinks to new sparlling levels!
My brand of choice is Ruffino Prosecco. I hulled some strawberries and added some blueberries to champagne glasses, before pouring in my chilled Prosecco.
