Can you believe I had this dress since 2012 😱😱😱??!! I first wore it for a Christmas party back home in Haiti. Contrary to popular belief, sequins are not meant only for Christmas/NYE parties. They, not only can be worn during nighttime, but when done right, you can definitely incorporate them in your daytime look. They add a bit of glitz and glamour to every look, and who doesn’t like that?

This is further proof that you don’t need to shell out money to buy new clothes every time you’re invited to an event. No need to max out your credit card, just so you can say that you have the latest trend! And even if you do have the means to afford all the designer labels of this world, do you actually need a 15th pair of blue jeans? 🤔 The older I get, the more I’ve come to appreciate fashion without having to constantly buy it all! When a woman is confident in her own skin, give her designer clothes or a sackcloth (maybe we won’t go that far😏!!) and she will still look like a Million bucks!
Side note: can we talk about how well the dress still fits!!?? Not bad for someone who basically forwent any kind exercise these past few weeks !!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
