CHEESE! MEATS! AND GOOD TIMES!

The holidays are my favourite time of the year. Family and friends gathered together and spending an awesome time together! And what better way to gather everyone than around a perfectly curated cheese and charcuterie board!

A few days ago, we had friends over at our home, and it was the perfect opportunity for me to put into use what I’ve learned from my countless hours of browsing Pinterest!

Since I was serving the cheese and charcuterie board as an appetizer, I didn’t go overboard (pun intended 😜) with the cheeses. But, to tell you the truth, my dream board would take up the whole table!

You can recreate this exact cheese and charcuterie board, using a round wooden board- or any board of your preference. Personally, I prefer a round board, and you can shop several options below:

I used these cheeses and cold cuts from Costco.

Cheeses:

  • Old Edingburg, which is a traditional scottish cheddar cheese. This one is Aaah-mazing!! 😌
  • Boursin, a soft creams cheese with garlic and fine herbs flavours
  • Bergeron Assorted cheese cubes. There a 4 sorts of cheeses in this box : 1) Monterrey Jack cheese with 3 peppers 2) Gouda cheese with onion confit 3) Irish cheddar cheese 4) Smoked gouda cheese

Charcuterie:

  • Prosciutto
  • Hot calabrese
  • Hot capocollo
  • Pepper salami

Then, I added grapes, almonds, green olives, crackers and baguettes!

This easy and most importantly delicious cheese plate appetizer is perfect for holiday entertaining and get-togethers! Don’t be afraid to be creative and put your own spin on it!

Let me know if you’re going to try these for the holidays or for your next party!

Until next time,

xoxo
